This class focuses on fundamental postures with an emphasis on alignment, breath, strength, flexibility, and basic yogic concepts.  Perfect for beginners and continuing students.

Relax*
In this class postures are done either seated or lying on the mat with the support of various props, helping you to deeply and consciously relax.  Release physical and mental tensions and restore the body's natural balance and harmony.

Flow
This class links a dynamic series of postures and breath in a meditative way to help deepen your own inward connection.  Also builds heat in the body and improves strength, stamina, and flexibility.

This class combines a dynamic blend of postures, pranayam, mantra, music and meditation, gently guiding you into relaxation.  An ongoing practice stimulates your  glandular and nervous systems and heightens your capacity for creative potential, while combatting the adverse effects of stress.

Kid's Yoga
Yoga is fun!  Animated, basic poses to promote flexibility, coordination and body awareness.  Includes a variety of creative activities to maintain interest and enthusiasm, while exploring the principles of authentic yoga.  For ages 5 to 12.
Powerful Flow Yoga
This class provides a challenging and vigorous flow-style yoga with an emphasis on strength and flexibility. For intermediate and advanced students.
